Name: Birth name is Wataru Himura; most commonly-used alias is Lance Blackthorn.

Appearance: Lance is tall, with shaggy red hair and grey eyes; his face favours a European appearance due to his mother and grandmother, but he still has the slanted eyes and smooth features of an Asian ancestry. He’s broad-shouldered and built well, but is thin. His casual clothes are nicely tailored, usually slacks and turtlenecks or shirts and jackets, in the colour scheme of black, red, brown, grey and sometimes blue or purple.
Abilities: Training in martial arts, close combat and small firearms, dragon riding, and with
a team of the most powerful dragons in his country.
Voice: Low baritone, sometimes a little hoarse. His tone is usually even and controlled, but can turn forceful, and if not soft then rarely raised above a certain level unless extremely angry. His accent is vaguely Asian.
Scents: Leather. Smoke, but
usually not cigarette smoke; more like wood-fire smoke. Earth. Water.
First impression: Focused, rather humourless and with intent. He appears to have purpose, regardless of what he’s doing, and is always assessing everything around him.
World description: What Pokémon would be like if it were live-action and combined with the real world. Pokémon exist, are likened to demons and primarily populate a group of islands far off the coast of Japan, hidden from the rest of the world. The people living there carry pokémon in order to protect themselves from wild ones and have created a tournament-style culture in which powerful, League-licensed pokémon trainers inhabit a position crossed between Feds and SWAT. The mafia and terrorist teams there live up to their reputations and use whatever means at their disposal to achieve their various goals, including both firearms and pokémon.
